Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) means a responsible policy towards employees, the environment and the surrounding, a policy that supports the company's business objectives on a win-win basis. Grupa Topex CSR strategy helps to achieve harmony through the dialogue with the Company's core beneficiaries, for instance employees, customers, suppliers, contractors, universities, local communities, etc.

We are a company that wants to help others and to support the environment; this is the value we want to cultivate in the years to come. We carry out our operations in a manner linked to the responsibility for the decisions, their consequences and the resulting impact on the environment to an extent that is broader than legal. However, CSR does not only mean external actions, it also means internal ones – we care for our Employees, we provide them with various benefits and activities falling within the scope of CSR.

ACCORDING TO THE CSR STRATEGY FOR THE COMING YEARS, ALL OUR EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL CSR ACTIVITIES SHALL BE FOCUSED ON THE FOLLOWING THREE PILLARS:

THE SOCIAL PILLAR

Every year, we enter into yearly cooperation with a selected social institution and we undertake one-time actions in favour of various institutions, social actions etc. (for example, Złombol, a pre-Christmas collection of items for animals in shelters, collection of screw nuts).

THE EDUCATIONAL PILLAR

We enter into long-term collaboration with a selected educational institution (training sessions, product presentations, provision of tools to equip workshops and school labs).

THE ECO PILLAR

We undertake various measures related to environmental protection (among other actions, the Car Free Day, the Picnic with the Climate).
